Apple processes Froodie purchases and controls App Store refund decisions. Froodie cannot directly return an App Store payment or guarantee that Apple will approve a request.
Request a refund from Apple
- Visit Apple’s official Report a Problem page.
- Sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Choose Request a refund, select the reason, and choose Froodie.
- Submit the request and follow Apple’s status updates.
Unexpected renewal
Submitting a refund request does not necessarily cancel the subscription. Also cancel future renewal in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Froodie.
Purchase or entitlement problem
If Apple shows a completed purchase but Froodie remains locked, first use Restore purchases in the app. If that fails, contact froodie.support@gmail.com with the approximate purchase date and the on-screen error. Do not email your password, full card number, or private App Store credentials.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
